Been looking for a fun way to make poppers?! Then look no further than these SMOKED JALAPENO CHEESEBURGER POPPERS. Here's what you'll need and how to do it:Â
POPPERS
• 10 Large Jalapenos
• 1 Lb Ground Beef
• 4 Oz Sharp Cheddar, Diced
• 1 tsp Smoke Stack
• 1 tsp Steak Dust
• 8 Oz Cream Cheese

1) First off, preheat your smoker using whatever chips you like to 300°F (148°C).
2) Next up, using gloved hands, cut your jalapenos in half. Use a spoon to scrape out all of the seeds and pith.
3) In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chard cheddar, smoke stack, and steak dust. Spend about 1 minute doing this and stop. You don't want to over-mix the meat as that can cause it to become tough.
4) Break off chunks of cream cheese and smear it into each jalapeno half. Then stuff each jalapeno half with 2 oz of the ground beef and cheese mixture.
5) Wrap each one with a strip of bacon and place onto a wire rack. Smoke for 40 minutes or until the bacon is cooked through

• 1 Cup Sour Cream
• 1 Tbsp Spicy Ranch
• 1 1/2 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
1) Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine.
